Pictures for the School Poster
Last weekend, Mike, Bob and Jody were working on their poster for school. Mike asked, “Would you like to go into the city with me to take the pictures?” Mike said, “I need to take pictures of buildings.” “Sure!!” said Bob and Jody. Mike’s Dad said, “Remember to take your bus cards!” so you can get around the city and ride home. When the Children looked around the city they saw lots of pretty buildings. Mike took pictures of old buildings and new buildings. Then, Jody heard music. Bob pointed to a big stage and a huge crowd of people. A new mall was opening! There were dancers, and singers and even clowns! “Quick! Start taking pictures! The mall is a new building, too!” Jody said to Mike. The show got bigger and bigger. Soon, the mayor of the city came! Everyone saw a great show. Mike took LOTS of photos When the show finished, the children waited for the bus to come. They ate sandwiches at the bus stop. They waited and waited. Then, a big black car came up. It was the mayor and his police captain. He gave the children a ride home. “Can we get a picture with you, please?” asked Mike. “Sure!” said the mayor. When the kids got home Mike’s Father asked, “Did you use your bus cards to get home?”
